Our Leadership

Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience .  To inspire your team into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on their laurels.

Before we get started, lets define leadership. Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.Put another way, leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.

Global Leadership Max uses these definitions to determine the company’s leaders and the path in which they grow in the leadership ranks.  Our leaders have demonstrated their knowledge of marketing and their ability to help others achieve their goals.

Leadership Levels is your path to advancement in Global Leadership Max’s program.

Everyone starts at L0 (Level 0= Brand New) and through your personal and professional development, activities, and sales you progress in leadership level.

Here’s the leadership levels and the qualifications to progress:

L0 You must be an active GLM affiliate to qualify for this leadership level.
L1 Must sell 1 or more Home Study Courses (all-time)
L2 Must sell 5 or more Home Study Courses (all-time)
L3 Must sell 10 or more Home Study Courses (all-time) and have 5 or more active members
L4 Must sell 25 or more Home Study Courses (all-time) and have 5 or more active members
L5 Must sell 50 or more Home Study Courses (all-time) and have 10 or more active member

As you can see from the table above, our leadership team understand how to progress through the ranks of the program.  This means that they are very qualified to share their knowledge with new team members.

Of course the overall leadership for GLM comes from Adam Holland, the CEO and Founder of GLM Inc.  Adam has years of experience in several forms of network marketing and is considered a Guru by the Gurus.  Adams story is quite interesting and you can hear it on our Join Global Leadership Max Tab.

Since we have launched GLM, 10 individuals have increased in rank from L1 to L3.
