Our Team

A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose.  A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complimentary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his/her strengths and minimize his/her weaknesses. Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment which allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

I don’t know about you, but I have been involved with a lot of organizations and teams throughout my career.  Some of them have been pretty good (especially the ones I have personally built), but the majority have been a waste of time.  Much of the time, everyone seemed only interested in looking out for themselves with no thought for the rest of the team.  NOT TRUE with Global Leadership Max (GLM).  Everything we do works toward the success of every member of the team.  If someone fails to succeed, it is either because they just aren’t cut out for internet marketing or they just aren’t trying.  The mission statement of GLM is:

In this section of the website, we will present a couple of components of our team:  our leadership and our community.

Our Leadership: Under this topic, you will be introduced to our philosophies on leadership.  All teams must have leaders for direction and guidance toward the completion of common goals.  You will also see how we develop leaders and assign mentors to every member within our community.

Our Community: Here you will see what a tight knit community you will be joining.  We will also show you just how we communicate within this ever-growing environment and just what you can expect from the community.
