<p>For those who choose to become a Global Resorts Network affiliate and turn taking vacations into a business, the affiliate compensation has changed also.</p>
<p>Perpetual leverage is the cornerstone of the Global Resorts Network compensation plan and is a large part of why the business opportunity has experienced such tremendous growth.  Basically, for every new Platinum sale an affiliate makes, two people get paid.  When an affiliate makes a Platinum sale, they now make a $2,000 commission.  On a Gold Sale, their commission is $1,000.</p>
<p>The second person getting paid is their immediate up-line, who will also receive $2,000 in commission on a Platinum sale and $1,000 on a Gold sale.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s look at a couple of scenarios to show why we believe these changes are long overdue.</p>
<p>For one week of timeshare ownership, your initial cost averages $16,000.  Next, you will have about $745 per year in maintenance fees, FOREVER (or as long as you own the timeshare); all this for 1 week per year.  If you want to exchange your week or location, you will incur complicated rates and endure equally complicated procedures to get it completed.  The average 20 year cost of using the timeshare one week per year is approximately $40,000.</p>
<p>Now, let’s look at a Vacation Club Membership example.  You can go to a hotel presentation and get a membership package for $7,000 &#8211; $9,000.  This membership would include 1 – 4 weeks of use per year.  The typical additional costs per week would range $799 &#8211; $999.  These packages will have a limited inventory of products and resort availability.  Finally, with most memberships, there is also an annual membership fee of $250.  The minimum 20 year cost for this example is approximately $28,000.</p>
<p>Here is how a Global Resorts Network membership package measures up.  GRN’s initial membership fee is only $5,000 for a lifetime membership.  There are no maintenance fees, no annual membership fees, nor any other fees.  The average cost for a week&#8217;s vacation within the plan is usually less than the maintenance fee or the annual membership fee of other vacation clubs.  GRN provides access to over 5,000 three, four, and five star resorts.  And often, they are the same resorts being presented in the hotel presentations for $15,000 or more.  Global Resorts Network allows its members up to 10 weeks of “Hot Deals” (date-Specific inventory available at the incredible price of $398 and below) and “Member to Member” (where members can rent their timeshare to other members fee-free) weeks per year.  The highest rate of a regular non-deal week is $799 and members can book those weeks 52 weeks a year.</p>
<p>So now, you should have enough information to make an informed decision for yourself.  We believe Global Resorts Network Luxury Resorts are the right choice for everyone in today’s market.  You can experience more vacations, because you are not limited to the 1 – 4 week restrictions the timeshares and vacation club memberships invoke.  The cost of one week with GRN resorts is, in most cases, less than the cost of your annual maintenance cost for a timeshare unit.  And finally, you are, often, staying in the same accommodations  as the Timeshare and Vacation Club members.  How can you lose?</p>

<p>Internet communities offer the advantage of instant information exchange  that is not possible in a real-life community. This allows people to  engage in many activities from their home. Users of online  communities also have access to thousands of specific discussion groups  where they can form specialized relationships and access information in  such categories as: technical assistance, social activities,  and recreational pleasures. Virtual communities provide an ideal medium  for these types of relationships because information can easily be  posted and response times can be very fast. Another benefit is that  these types of communities can give users a feeling of membership and  belonging. Users can give and receive support, and it is simple and  cheap to use.</p>
<p>Global Leadership Max has a very strong community of people from all over the world that share a common interest, being successful in Internet Marketing.  We have multiple ways of communicating with each other such as a member&#8217;s forum, weekly webinars, live events, local meet-ups, hotel presentations, networking events and seminars.</p>
<p><strong>Member&#8217;s Forum</strong>: Within the Global Leadership Max System, a community forum has been established.  This is where users of the GLM system can post questions and or/resolutions to topics like:</p>

<p><strong>Live Events</strong>: GLM holds live events in a lot of different locations and in my opinion this where the rubber meets the road as far as team bonding occurs.  You can go to an event and socialize with all the voices you here over the phone or communicate with on the forums.  In addition, you get a ton of knowledge from high caliber guest speaker who are considered &#8220;Gurus&#8221; in their specific are of marketing.  These are often considered a turning point in ones career towards success.</p>
<p><strong>Local Meet-Ups</strong>: What would it be like for you to have team members in your local area that you can call on, mastermind with, or meet with on occasion for support.  That is the idea behind local meet-ups.  GLM can connect you with people within your local area for such meetings.  I personally discovered through our community that I have 3-5 people with a vary close proximity of me that are members of GLM.  We also get notification of our CEO&#8217;s Adam Holland, travel calendar.  Adam often offer ups local meeting with anyone in the community when towns he shows up in.  Now there is time well spent when you have Adam&#8217;s attention and assistance.</p>
<p><strong>Hotel Presentations</strong>: Hotel presentations are similar to live events only sometimes sorter in duration.  The purpose behind these presentation is to focus on a business opportunity such as presenting Global Leadership Max to a group of invited possible prospects.  This would usually be organized by a local group of the community.</p>
<p><strong>Networking Events And Seminars</strong>: These events are your chance to expand our community to other network marketers.  This is a chance to meet with local entrepuenters to mastermind how you can help other improve their businesses.  You may have skills in areas where others are weak.  This would be a time for you to shin and get better know in your community as a expert in your specific field, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pay-Per-Click, etc.</p>
<p>As you can see, with a like-minded community, there is plenty of  opportunity to share information and experience that will benefit all.  I feel that we offer one of the best communities I have been involved.  We grow and care for our community and I have become very close to the people within the community.  I promise you can not lose with this type of environment.</p>

<p>Before we get started, lets define leadership. Leadership is a  process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective  and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and  coherent.Put another way, leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a  group of individuals to achieve a common goal.</p>

<p>A <strong>team</strong> comprises a <span style="color: #000000;">group of people</span> linked in a common purpose.  A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams  normally have members with complimentary skills and generate synergy  through a coordinated effort which allows each member to<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> maximize</span></strong> his/her <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">strengths</span></strong> and <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">minimize</span></strong> his/her <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">weaknesses</span></strong>. Team members need to  learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their  true potential, and create an environment which allows everyone to go  beyond their limitations.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know about you, but I have been involved with a lot of organizations and teams throughout my career.  Some of them have been pretty good (especially the ones I have personally built), but the majority have been a waste of time.  Much of the time, everyone seemed only interested in looking out for themselves with no thought for the rest of the team.  NOT TRUE with Global Leadership Max (GLM).  Everything we do works toward the success of every member of the team.  If someone fails to succeed, it is either because they just aren&#8217;t cut out for internet marketing or they just aren&#8217;t trying.  The mission statement of GLM is:</p>
