Since its inception in 2006, Global Resorts Network has been one of the top selling Travel Clubs in the world.  They have produced millions of dollars in sales volumes, and have sent commission checks to affiliates in over 25 countries.

Now, after passing the elusive 5-year mark of success and stability (where 90% of businesses fail)… they have positioned their cutting edge travel membership deeper into the retail and online markets… and, as a result, positioned their affiliates as the highest rewarded marketers in the home business space.

Global Resorts Network has a vision to become a household name over the next 5 years.  That vision will be realized only as they empower their affiliates (better than any other company), to bring Global Resorts Network to the masses.

Effective Thursday December 15, 2011, Global Resorts Network took a giant step forward in becoming a household name.  Global Resorts Network’s prices have increased to more closely match their tremendous value:

For those who choose to become a Global Resorts Network affiliate and turn taking vacations into a business, the affiliate compensation has changed also.

Perpetual leverage is the cornerstone of the Global Resorts Network compensation plan and is a large part of why the business opportunity has experienced such tremendous growth.  Basically, for every new Platinum sale an affiliate makes, two people get paid.  When an affiliate makes a Platinum sale, they now make a $2,000 commission.  On a Gold Sale, their commission is $1,000.

The second person getting paid is their immediate up-line, who will also receive $2,000 in commission on a Platinum sale and $1,000 on a Gold sale.

So let’s look at a couple of scenarios to show why we believe these changes are long overdue.

For one week of timeshare ownership, your initial cost averages $16,000.  Next, you will have about $745 per year in maintenance fees, FOREVER (or as long as you own the timeshare); all this for 1 week per year.  If you want to exchange your week or location, you will incur complicated rates and endure equally complicated procedures to get it completed.  The average 20 year cost of using the timeshare one week per year is approximately $40,000.

Now, let’s look at a Vacation Club Membership example.  You can go to a hotel presentation and get a membership package for $7,000 – $9,000.  This membership would include 1 – 4 weeks of use per year.  The typical additional costs per week would range $799 – $999.  These packages will have a limited inventory of products and resort availability.  Finally, with most memberships, there is also an annual membership fee of $250.  The minimum 20 year cost for this example is approximately $28,000.

Here is how a Global Resorts Network membership package measures up.  GRN’s initial membership fee is only $5,000 for a lifetime membership.  There are no maintenance fees, no annual membership fees, nor any other fees.  The average cost for a week’s vacation within the plan is usually less than the maintenance fee or the annual membership fee of other vacation clubs.  GRN provides access to over 5,000 three, four, and five star resorts.  And often, they are the same resorts being presented in the hotel presentations for $15,000 or more.  Global Resorts Network allows its members up to 10 weeks of “Hot Deals” (date-Specific inventory available at the incredible price of $398 and below) and “Member to Member” (where members can rent their timeshare to other members fee-free) weeks per year.  The highest rate of a regular non-deal week is $799 and members can book those weeks 52 weeks a year.

So now, you should have enough information to make an informed decision for yourself.  We believe Global Resorts Network Luxury Resorts are the right choice for everyone in today’s market.  You can experience more vacations, because you are not limited to the 1 – 4 week restrictions the timeshares and vacation club memberships invoke.  The cost of one week with GRN resorts is, in most cases, less than the cost of your annual maintenance cost for a timeshare unit.  And finally, you are, often, staying in the same accommodations  as the Timeshare and Vacation Club members.  How can you lose?

Timeshare vs Vacation Club

Understand the difference between a timeshare and a vacation club.  After reading this, you will and with that knowledge, you’ll have a better idea of why we believe there’s no better choice than a vacation club. So let’s get into it.

Timeshare ownership has nearly become a thing of the past. Although there are many timeshares available on the market today, they are most likely not offered by the original developer of the timeshare and the owner is taking a bath on the sales price if he can sell it at all. Here’s the primary reason: timeshares are fee ownership of a specific time in space. And while the cost may seem reasonable compared to purchasing a condo, they are exorbitant when compared to most vacation club memberships and timeshare ownership comes with far less value. Let me explain.

If you were to purchase a condo outright, you would have fee simple ownership of airspace inside a condo unit for an indefinite amount of time, year-round, 24-7, 365-days a year to eternity.

When a condominium unit (or development) is time-shared, the ownership is divided into annual recurring time periods, where you can purchase a specific week or weeks during the year. You also generally are required to pay an annual maintenance fee, whether you use it or not, much like what would be required if you owned the condo.

The advantage of being a timeshare owner is the reduced cost of sharing the full-year unit cost with the multiple unit owners. Many find this to be advantageous because they can take a great vacation, go to a condo resort and not worry about traditional owner upkeep costs. But, they are still obligated to pay the maintenance fee even if they don’t take a vacation!

Well, that is a great idea if you are interested in visiting the SAME property annually, the SAME week or weeks each time, and also don’t mind paying your annual maintenance fee to an owners association even in the years you don’t take a vacation!

In recent years, several vacation clubs have come into existence such as Global Resorts Network. They offer the same luxury resort condominiums the timeshare crowds purchase, but without the annual expensive maintenance and at a significantly reduced initial cost. The club member pays a one-time fee up front for the privilege of tapping into the vacation club’s network, selecting from a tremendous variety of locations and properties, as well as their travel dates, and then booking a week in a 2 or 3 bedroom condo for often up to 6 guests for less than what one night can cost in several luxury hotels.

Sound good? Well yes, if you’re not hung-up on owning and paying ownership expenses! A member merely books his vacation online through the club’s website or through the club’s concierge. There are no ownership expenses, no maintenance fees and most resorts on the list are readily available. Some clubs even offer deeply discounted travel found on the club’s “hot list” that features weeks in luxury resorts for as little as $100 for an entire week.

So now you know the basics of Timeshare versus Vacation Clubs.

Personally, we cannot see why any reasonable person would ever want to pay timeshare costs and associated maintenance fees when they could pay less for the same thing, often, even the same resort, and go anywhere they want; anytime they want.

The real magic of a vacation club is the offering of nearly unlimited luxury resorts, hotels and condos, with the added ability to book reservations for cruises, rental cars, limousines and airfare, as many times a year as you like, in as many locations as you like. These are things a timeshare just can’t offer.

You can tell we are partial to vacation clubs and feel we have found the best of the best for the dollar value. Global Resorts Network has all the services you could ever want. Check them out.
